The Better Outcomes course talks about your options navigating many birth challenges and situations, including new birth venue, VBAC and VBAmC births, Induction, Breech, IUGR, Pre-eclamptic, etc. Preparing your mind and body for your birth, understanding labor techniques, learning to prepare for the 4th trimester, and knowing what your options truly are. The scope of this course is tailored to the family(s) participating. Group class and private class options.
